We collect information you provide directly when creating an account: username, email address, organization name. If you sign in with Google, we also receive your name and Google profile photo. Additionally, we collect usage data such as pages visited and actions taken within the platform.
We use the information collected to: provide and maintain the Service, notify you of changes, enable participation in interactive features, provide customer support, gather analytics to improve the Service, and detect and prevent technical issues.
Your data is stored on secure servers. Passwords are encrypted using secure hash algorithms (bcrypt). We implement industry-standard security measures, including HTTPS, CSRF tokens, and login attempt limiting.
We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal information to third parties. This does not include trusted third parties who help us operate the site (such as Stripe for payments and Google for authentication), provided those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
Tournaments, teams, match results, and player statistics you publish are publicly visible. Player names and ID photos are visible to members of your organization and visitors to your public league.
We use session cookies to keep your session active and functional cookies to remember your preferences (such as language). We do not use third-party tracking cookies for advertising purposes.
If you sign in with Google, we access only your basic profile (name, email, photo). We do not access your contacts, calendar, or any other Google data. You can revoke access at any time from your Google account.
You have the right to: access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, and export your data. To exercise these rights, contact us at soporte@ligapilot.com.
We retain your data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where the law requires its retention.
We may update this policy periodically. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "last updated" date.
